Hi all,
I know this has been done several times before and in fact, I have been given help with this before. However, I cant remember how to post pictures. I seem to remember there being a website that I can use to post them through.
Please help. |

You have to host them first. I use imageshack. There are a million and one places for hosting pictures. Then just use [img]url here[/img] format.
Click reply if you want to see how I posted this one:

Find a site that will host your pictures, like fileanchor or photobucket or imageshack. Then link your pictures in your post with the [img] BBcode tag.
Code: |
ex.
[img]http://your_pix.jpg[/img] |
In the example above, http://your_pix.jpg, is the full path name to the file that you want to display. It can't be a link to a file that is only on your computer, it must be a file that is on an accessible website or ftp site. To see a working example click the quote function in Qinella's reply above mine (he actually meant to say quote not reply). |

Thanks guys. I wanted to post a pic of my tree. Now I just need to play around and learn how to downsize the photos.
Happy Holidays! |

I use the program L-View pro to shrinking photos because it's easy to use. If you use that one, go to Image options at the top and it'll say resize or something. Pretty easy. |
