Bugz In The Attic- their Fabric Live mix CD is class,

Giles Peterson is the founder of Acid Jazz and Talking Loud records, he has a fair few mix CDs out and is the number one guy for the kind of music I think you might be talking about. He calls what he does "Joining the dots" between Jazz, Soul, Funk, house, d'n'b etc.

Early Ninja Tune releases were very jazzy and/or hip hoppish, and haven't aged in the slightest. Check out 'Flexistentialism' and 'If You Can't Take the Beats, Get Out Of The Kitchen'.

Anything on Compost records, their Future Sounds of Jazz series is excellent. One track from no.10 is brilliant; La Ritournelle by Sebastian Tellier.
Herbaliser are pretty good too, as are Kyoto Jazz Massive.
