Greetings all,

Linkin Park are playing here on 29 Oct at Jamshil but APPARENTLY (I say this coz the person I asked at the bookshop and I may have got our wires crossed) the concert has already sold out. Evil or Very Mad I was wondering if anyone had any idea of how to get hold of tickets. I bet the dam scalpers have got their nasty little paws on them.

Thanks
S

Really? How do you know that? Can you tell me how you find out that kind of thing coz I feel like I'm in an information Black Hole! No English sites are able to tell me anything useful about events and I ain't so skilled at finding my way around Korean sites.
Please dispense your infinite wisdom upon me!

My girlfriend has decided that we're going so she's keeping on top of the ticket situation.

Beaver, do you think you could post a message with more info when the tickets go on sale? I think there's a fair few of us keen to go.
Cheers

Okay. I'll let you know when I know.
When tickets do become available you'll be able to buy them from the ticket booth in Kyobo bookstore. Don't worry too much about them selling out quickly. Linkin Park don't have the choreographed dance moves or girlish looks required to be a smash group in Korea.

LOL Ditto here Very Happy

.... But, they might be a bit more popular than say the Chili Peppers were last year because one of the band members is Korean-American. I think that might up the attendance here.

Tickets should be on sale in September.

I think one member is also Japanese American.

I wonder if some would stay away because of that Wink

Thanks for the help (and of course the usual rhetoric!).
I'm so keen for some live action, it's been a while since I saw anything really motivating (well, NZ beating Oz WAS pretty satisfying, but apart from that.....).

Tickets go on sale September 1st. The Marilyn Manson concert sold out in a few hours according to a coworker (but I got mine), so you may want to get them the day they go on sale.

Um, the site above is in Korean, which is a bit of a problem for me. Is Kyobo bookstore the only place to get tickets? I'm in Anyang and getting there early on a Monday is impossible.

Well, I saw the Peppers here in Seoul and THEY ROCKED THE HOUSE DOWN ... I wouldn't go to a Blinkin Fart concert if you paid me. Cheap trash and few electro gimmicks, no diggity.
