| Wow~1 million for a last-generation G4 that can't run Windows? Is that how much a machine like that can fetch these days? |

It's a fraction of how much the same computer is selling for on the korean used mac sites.
Average price is 1.5 there.
Before anyone jumps on me, I am not saying that 1.5 is a good price, but that's the market here. If the seller posted it there, it may likely sell in a couple of days for his asking price.

Actually, a G4 can run Windows using the emulator, "Virtual PC."
The price is probably a pretty good one, I think, considering what a new MacBook Pro 17" goes for. I'd consider it if I didn't already have a MacBook. |

| depending on what your doing... watching a movie eats it up in about an hour and a half... it will last about two hours on a full charge. |

1000,000 is not a good price its an average price... If you want to sell it at least bump it down to the hundreds.. 800,000 to 900,000 would be a good price.
It also depends what its used for. If its just some person wanting to email, watch dvds surf the net then you can buy it simply for its aesthetics.
Otherwise if your interested in more professional applications like music composition, video editing or photoshop then its worth looking at the new macbook pro's, which have just been recently updated about a week ago.
The new macbook pros have better battery life, better screens, much better performance, built in camera, intel support for future upgrades... |

| nowhere in the original post does it state the price is firm and not negotiable. will also throw in a samsonite backpack to carry it in, fits like a glove in it... tough to find bags that will carry the 17" snug and safe, very comfortable, too... |
