When I saw this, I chuckled -- the same ill-framed question could be asked about any country: I always wonder why Americans are so comfortable living around constant gun violence. I just moved to Korea from Detroit and homicides are a daily occurrence, not to mention car-jackings, etc.
It's not about comfort, it's just the way things are. Americans will never give up their guns nor Koreans their love of garbage.  |
