Hopefully the labor ministry will rule in your favor but that doesn't mean your former boss will pay up. In that case you'll need Korean Legal Aid Corporation(KLAC) to help you with filling out court documents if that's what you want to do. Get your story translated into Korean language and put them on a USB. If you end up going to court, you shouldn't move too far away since the court nearest your former bosses home/hagwon will be chosen(find out where it is). It will be difficult to find time to get to all court dates, a split shift might be best? If labor rules that you were illegally fired then you deserve severance(one months pay) which labor will not include in the amount you're owed. They also won't include the amount a return flight would cost. Calculate what she owes you and don't forget to include 20% interest on your(6-7 million Won?) court filing complaint. You could see a near 8-9 million Won pay day in the future year or so if you're lucky and determined. Your boss should owe for your rent through the end of contract as well, keep necessary papers/receipts.
