Star Wars Episodes One to Three. It originally sounded exciting to be getting a back story for all the characters we grew up with, but it turns out that the vague idea we all had in our imaginations was so much better... and now we can never get it back!
Pay It Forward Remember around 1999 when Hollywood decided that the people were tired of special effects and lightweight romantic comedies starring Meg Ryan, and wanted to see films with more 'meaningful' socially-conscious themes? It started with that horrible American Beauty film, and ended with this pretentious and badly made piece of shit, which was supposed to be taken seriously because of all the high-profile Academy Award winning actors in it. You could just see the asshole behind the camera imagining how everyone's emotions would twist as he showed Haley Joel Osment being big-hearted and touching people's lives. |

| "Eight-Legged Freaks", "Starship Troopers", "Showgirls" or "The Brown Bunny" (yes...even though there was an actual bj scene). |

Pink Flamingos
I forced myself to sit through it in college. You'd either have to be completely stoned out of your gourd or mentally ill to enjoy it. |

The Planet of the apes Remake
Everything about this movie is such a disapointment when compaired with the Charlton Heston classic.
I hated the way the apes look and walk. It was soooo cheesy.
The Syd and Nancy movie just full of lies. |

Remake of the LadyKillers. (One of the Cohen Bros misses, along with intolerable cruelty)
Aristocrats (Reminded recently, I want the time wasted on that film back)
28 Weeks Later (Watched it online, it was in two parts only watched the first part, couldn't be arsed with the second)
The Day After Tomorrow (Come on, if you need to have an issue like that dressed up, you really are thick)
Simpsons Movie (Sorry, but it was awful, what a let down)
U 571, Pearl Harbour (and any other glaringly inaccurate films that seek to indirectly inform people of something that never happened in the way it was portrayed, Thanks Hollywood for those) |

Oh GOD....I'm sitting though the movie Green Street Hooligans or Hooligans depending on the country. It is so bad...it's bad. I keep waiting for this movie to get believable and it just doesn't happen. 20 minutes to go and then I'll be done with it....
P.S. I hate Elijah Wood. Seriously....
Edit: Just finished watching it. Sweet baby Jesus, this was absolute grade A horseshite. It actually is less enjoyable than Showgirls.... |

I kind of liked U571. Didn't mind Green Street Hooligans. The Blair Witch Project wasn't too bad, either.
I don't think those can be categorized under "Worst Movies", but to each their own. |

Judge: Al Gore's Nine Incovenient Truths
Wednesday, October 10, 2007
A High Court judge turned film critic today as he highlighted "nine scientific errors" in Al Gore's Oscar-winning climate change documentary, An Inconvenient Truth.
The judge said some of the errors had arisen in "the context of alarmism and exaggeration" to support the former US vice-president's thesis on global warming.
The Government's decision to show the film in secondary schools had come under attack from father-of-two Stewart Dimmock, a Kent school governor and a member of political group the The New Party, who accused the Government of "brainwashing" children with propaganda.
