Just to let you all know that the big room has been taken. So only the smaller room is free. It's 300,000won a month and no key money. It's a nice sized small room if you can call it that but you could do really nice in this room.

There is a slightly bigger room and you can have that one if you prefer.
I'd just move into the smaller one. I like both you see. |

There is me and one other British guy living here so far and we are getting a maid to also clean up the apartment once or twice a week.
That is what has changed so far since last time. |

I know I know I am advertising but I would really like a person to take one of the rooms in the flat I am in.
You can have the one I'm in for 350,000 or the other one for 300,000.
If you want the bigger one i'd just move into the smaller room. Both are nice.
300,000 isn't that bad. It's a nice apartment with an oven, sofas, everything you need to cook etc. You'd just need to buy your bed and that is it. |

It's a nice place to live with a whole load of resturants and shops nearby. |

300,000won for a room in a nice 3 bedroom apartment sharing with two brits. Has an oven and a big fridge, sofas, washing machine which dries the clothes as well. |
