There is at least one foreign military unit stationed in the US.

I'm having trouble with that link. I'm especially interested because it says 'luftwaffe' in the address, so I'm assuming this is information that is different than the info about the THOUSANDS OF RUSSIAN TROOPS STATIONED UNDERGROUND in the US and WAITING TO DO THE DIRTY WORK FOR THE SECRET ELITE when they TAKE OVER.

YTB: Next time you sit next to IGTG at the bar, make sure you're picking up your drink, not his. That psychedelic stuff's bad for you, man.

Yep, it says Luftwaffe for a reason. It's a unit from the German Air Force and has been stationed there for many years.

Quote:
The German Luftwaffe has been training its aircrew members in the United States for more than 40 years. At Fort Bliss, the German Air Force Command oversees all Luftwaffe activities in the United States and Canada. There are approximately 810 Luftwaffe personnel (accompanied by about 1,250 family members) in the United States, including 149 at Fort Bliss and 553 at Holloman. At any given time there are an average of 250 personnel in the U.S. for training.

Hey, speaking of that NJCT IGTG, what do you think he'll make of this nifty little bit? There is a foreign military unit openly stationed on a base that covers parts of Texas and New Mexico and one of the members of the Council of Twelve Apostles of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints (whose world headquarters isn't all that far away, in Utah) is a former Luftwaffe officer and was in charge of training pilots for Lufthansa!

Take the ball, Guitar! Run with it!

Yup if you ever go to White Sands NM you'll notice alot of the advertisements are in German because they make up a good bit of the population.

It's interesting how this double standard works.

It is interesting.

Witness how the U.S. pays for all (or the predominant cost) of its bases abroad.

Actually Korea is footing over 50% of the costs for building the new base in Pyeongtaek.

This is actually a useful article .

The US can not rely on the good will of other nations so it needs to invest in military stuff that doesn't require foreign bases for it to be used.
