In my book, this qualifies as a trick question.

Ain't that the truth. Used to be a struggle tearing myself away from the board long enough to get some work done. Now posting here feels like dragging my ass to the office, it's become a goddamn job.

Is it the personalities, they're just not as entertaining these days? Partly. And also partly the inevitable sameness of the topics. You might watch them twice, but nobody's going to watch reruns of The Beverly Hillbillies 3 or 4 times. I think another factor is the 6,000-Post Rut. The 6,000-Post Writer's Cramp. Whatever it is, I think we've both hit it.

I've never posted drunk. I wish I could say the same for some other people we know on this forum. No names mentioned.

I haven't been gone too long but most of the summer, and things sure have changed. What happened since the summer? Did some of the posters have a very public brawl? What happened to Flotsie? Does that have something to do with the recent lag? I can feel it too, but I can't see that all have had the collective epiphany that I have had at the same time.

Wha happooned? (I really don't expect a straight answer: I know the board and what it is, but maybe, just maybe, bears don't shit in the woods). Shocked

Flotsam left Korea and, coincidentally, has been excommunicated from the board, or something like that. He's still as saucy as ever, just somewhere else.

He was banned? Or are you being figurative. Did he piss someone off? Did people take sides? Something has definitely happened. My Spidy sense is wiggling like no buddy's business.
