Exactly. Something which is already occuring. |

Sure, and your 6,761 posts are evidence of your winning ways, Qinella. Less practicing, more posting! That must be the way.
At any rate, seeing that you have 6,761 posts provided some illumination (for me, not you). . .
About midway through my time in South Korea I ventured into Dave's ESL Cafe to look for bandmates. The "p.m." feature was thus denied me because I had fewer than twenty five posts, so I went in a little more to make additional posts in case I might want to write a p.m. to a potential bandmate, should any likely candidate emerge. Then I began to realize, as if for the first time, that I was in a more grievous domain of existence. In the distance I spied the terrestrial demon Qinella flitting about with its 6,761 posts, an astonishing number. And through the intense stupidity and animosity that permeated the air, I noticed a peculiar inversion -- spending much of one's time in this place is considered the province of the "winner" while putting sustained effort into real-world goals is considered the realm of the "loser". If I continue along the path to reach those twenty five posts, where might it lead -- to thousands of posts, the inversion of winning and losing, intense stupidity, animosity? This is not the place I want to be! The gate to Dave's, on its rusty hinges, has not yet closed behind me -- there is still time!
[220v Dragon exits to wild jeering and incoherent screeching from the denizens of Dave's, mindful not to let the gate bump him on the way out.]
Some of the other replies have taken an interesting turn. At least they seem to be coherent.
I might check back in later when I am in India, circumstance willing (peace be upon it). Just out of, you know, curiosity.

Because this course of conduct was so rigidly rational, it appeared to
others irrational and incalculable; because it was so serenely simple,
it appeared an insoluble mystery of a complexity utterly unfathomable!
