looks like a nice record shop in ETLand. other shops for DJ oriented vinyl are purple records in hongdae and the vestax place in the musical instrument section at yongsan Ipark mall.
there are also some record shops in hwanghak-dong (10 minutes east of dongdaemun, south of the cheonggyecheon stream) one place had some good jazz and soul records. a few records had price tags upwards of $150, for serious collectors only i guess. parts of that neighborhood are disappearing to make way for new high rise apartments, so this information may not be valid for long

750,000 Won. Up for sale are Two Technics Model SL - 1200 MK2-A direct drive turn tables. Included is a Santon SA-8 mixer, all wires and cables, gig cases, power adapter since they run on 120V, 5 vinyls (break/hip-hop) and table. They are obviously in perfect running condition. I flew them over from America when I got here 10 months ago. The needles were brand new and are doing just perfect to date. If you know about what I'm selling you will know it is a great price. The tables themselves were 500 a piece brand new (not including the monster cases). I suspect it would be hard to find a set up like this anywhere in Korea. I was asking 900,000. I can't beileve they didn't sell, but my contract is up in 7 weeks now and need to get rid of them. New price is 750,000 Won. My email is [email protected]. Good luck and peace...
