Thanks.
If you are being sarcastic, I don't drink. Just an example.

| How about this: I can get drunk as a skunk on Friday night (or Monday night, Tuesday night), and no one will look down on me. In fact, they'll make excuses for me. Then I can puke all over the place (as long as its red, so they know I eat kimchi), and then when the police come, all they'll do is put me into a taxi and send me home. |
Congratulations on the new additon to your family! |

Where did you short conversation go?
I asked you where you couldn't ride a bike w/out a helmet, you told me Canada. Now that's gone.

You don't need a helmet to ride a bike in all parts of Canada. They (? city council? somebody) recently voted against passing helmet laws in Saskatoon. |

Well given that medicine is paid by tax, I think it makes sense to have helmets. If someone falls and bashes their head in, other tax payers have to pay for his/her hospital bills b/c he/she was too dumb.
I never wore a helmet in the past. But I should, to set an example for my child.

Amazing how Saskatoon is mentioned in a thread about Korea!
Draz: About 5 yrs. ago a helmet bylaw was passed in Saskatoon amid a great brouhaha about the Nanny State, etc., etc.(almost as ferocious a debate about banning smoking in bars). To my knowledge, it hasn't been repealed. |

I would be interested to know, personally, as I am from Saskatoon and plan to go back there in a few years.
