Ring dell, i tripped over my laptop cord and completely stuffed my lappy as it flew from the bed....i rang dell, they came and picked it up from my school, and dropped it back fixed within two days. the dude rang me twice as well to tell me the progress he was making. was an extremely excellent service, no wait times on the phone either...i was very impressed.
