Nice rig. 1.8 is a little steep though; I think I could get a new one for about that. Tell you what because it's Christmas, I'll offer you 850,000 and you can keep one of the monitors.

Spliffed!

Yeah but right now I'm watching a movie, surfing with multiple tabs open, downloading with utorrent and emule, and rendering video and my computer hasn't heated up or slowed down. This machine is well worth the money.

OK you drive a hard bargin. Offer upped to 950,000 but you got to throw in both screens.

My rig is a AMD 3000 with GF8600 and 1 gig RAM. I'd love the upgrade, and I have the money but I just don't have the time to use a new toy.

Looks nice.

I seem to have a near 50% failure rate from products I purchase in Yongsan. This is why I have no interest in building a system by myself at home again. I'll pay them the extra 20,000 won it costs them to build it there.

That's sweet! I just built a Linux box this summer and I love the feeling of a new system! Hope it treats you well.

he said ok.. let me fix it up.. DAMN those boys are good he cleaned it up, tied all the cables back it looks sweet. and all runs sweet..
ICODA they are cool have been using them for 6 years,.. also they have a great refund policy and bring stuff back even if you dont like it..

Still it was nice to assemble it myself even if I did have to drive back to swap one stick of RAM.

You're right the exchange was smooth and they didn't even bat an eye - just opened it up tested and replaced - done. I'm sure I could have just as easily changed the video card, HDD or anything else.

SuperHero, is there any reason why you need such a powerful and expensive machine if you're not a gamer?

no you can't. I had an overclocked 2.4 celeron; temps would rocked up to 60c as soon as I started rendering and woudl be unable to do anything else until the render finished.

What video are you rendering? Are you a filmmaker?

home video - kids vacations

plus I like to take downloaded videos and splice clips together for my class - essentially a montage of scenes from tv/movies/music videos/ commercials...

Laughing I wasn't trying to be condescending. I hope it didn't come across that way (maybe it did). No offense to any of you.
