I think it's funny when people take offense to things like this. Not just funny as in 'intersting,' but actually funny. Sure, it's a cheap shot, but it's an incredibly economical way to reference American history and culture if you're just interested in pointing out the gross hatred that has existed and continues to exist in the U.S.

Why do I think this is so funny? Because, almost invariably, people who take offense at this sort of thing love to believe in symbols: the flag, the "nation," the presidency, etc. And it cracks me up when these people get uncomfortable. They have, after all, caused most of our problems.

I see you haven't been on the board that long yet. Read a few hundred more posts over the next few years by the same poster with Amerikkka Twisted Evil in every second one and tell me how clever it is then.

The thread was titled a long time ago. K?

Yes, it was done so quite intentionally.

btw - i don't ALWAYS type Ameri*beep*a

Somtimes it's America. Can you not see the difference?

Have you not asked yourself why one might choose to spell it with a "K" at certain times & with the konventional "c" at others?

Anyways, not so long ago i was contacted by the mods & asked to *beep* & desist. This i ultimately did.

So much for poeticK license.

p.s. Come across any mind-boggling "HUMAN RIGHTS" stories lately?
