Oops! Dr. Phil Did It Again!
"The family basically extended an invitation of trust for him to come in as a resource to support them, not to go out and make public statements," an irate Lou said Wednesday on The Today Show. "Any statement publicly that he made, because he was brought in under this cloak of trust, [is] just inappropriate...he was not invited to make this part of a public display or part of the media."

Being a Dr. Phil phan ("How's that workin' phor ya?" is one of the great questions of the century, IMO), I don't see what he's done wrong. A celebrity who deliberately lives her life in the gossip columns of America has also knowingly given up claim to privacy. All he was going to do was have a show about her. Why shouldn't one celebrity pheed ophph the publicity about another celebrity? |
