Ooops! That was a bit vague wasn't it? The place is bl**dy HUGE! It's in the Foreigner's 'imported goods' market, which is underground. Not entirely sure where the entrance is I'm afraid. Just wander around for a bit.... It's definitely there though, near to exit/entrance 1 I think. |

If it's the "boost" style pre-packaged shakes you're looking for try Kim's club, Walmart, etc. Most of those big grocery stores have them. They are a bit expensive though. And those shakes are not nearly as healthy as ones you would make yourself. |

Next time I have a day to spare, I will trawl Namdaemun market. Didn't know there was a food section there, how about that eh. Definately don't want any "boost" shakes. Just a basic protein shake, that won't make me fat. I want to lose weight, not look like Hulk Hogan. Back home, you can buy them in every supermarket, chemist, and health store. I would have thought koreans would be into them, since they are so obsessed with being thin. |
