you have to remember that Currlean thinks that cause the US helped put the Shah back into power that Iran's attacks 30 years later against the US were justified.

Where have I said or implied that? More of your cowardly smear tactics.

Why can't you respond to the the original article's content?

It was not even close to a Democracy. Mossadegh was a Marxist who took power with a minority vote - much in the nature of Hitler - and was committing the cardinal sin of nationalizing without compensation. Nasser, Allende, Castro and the Sandanista's tried.

All of that came to an end when Khomieni the butcher took over.

I think that Brit poofta was probably into S and M anyway.

Your playing a semantical game. I agreed that the U.S. had cordial relations with the Iranian govt. pre 1979 ( and we both know why they were cordial ). But it was not always cordial before then. Your hardly on cordial terms if your agents are orchestrating a coup now are you? You and your other blind patriots are on here asserting Iran is the aggressor harassing the US which has been innocently minding its own business. Your government was the aggressor, installed a brutal regime, toppled in turn by the fundamentalists and you act surprised and outraged that they're gunning for you?

Pointing out facts does not an apologist make.

He is an apologist just like Pilger.

He is talking about 30 years after the fact.

Are you telling us that cause the US helped the Shah (who was no worse than Khomeni ) come to power in 1953 that Iran was justified in attacking the US in foreign countries in 1983?

Just curious was Iran defending themselves when they began killing off translators of the Satanic Versus in countries as far away as Japan?

No, they weren't. Iran happens to be a country with legitimate grievances run by murderous religious fanatics. Which makes for all kinds of intricacies.

That's because they've all (the ones who are caught) been murdered by the government.

Countries don't have grievances. People do.

Countries are made up of people. Money can be exchanged for goods and services. Organs are made up of organelles. As above, so below. Elementary.
