You do know that a fair share of the ESL teachers, with no teaching certificate, manage to get hired by a podunk college (or better) and refer to themselves as 'professor', don't you?

I do. And some of them are acquaintances of mine, and many of them work for a university Hogwan, unlike, lets say someone teaching English Literature at a university.

What are you trying to say, Yata?

In terms of all the JFK threads, I love them(I'm a 3) so keep them coming Regi.

What am I getting at? That just because someone calls himself professor, especially here on a message board, doesn't necessarily mean he is one.

I will grant that Stevie has a good memory. A month or so ago I corrected a spelling error he made, so he accused me of needing a spell checker. That's his style of attack. He's also irritated that I don't read his posts if they're longer than a couple of lines.

He forgot the article "a" when he called me a droll, but his writing is usually pretty good. He is a nasty one, though- the penultimate literary bully.

I resemble that remark. Actually, I'm a retired Catholic girls school librarian with a 1980s-era desktop computer and dot-matrix printer from Racine. Get your facts straight.
