| Had the word 'Cobra' tattooed on his back and 'Nam' on his arm. Also went by the name 'Solid'. I hope the new visa regs will ban applicants with silly tattoos from Stallone movie titles and even sillier aliases. |

Not so. Plenty of articles in the Korea Beat articles disprove this. Foreigners are usually referred to by one of their initials. |

| If he was a fugitive overseas for longer than ten years, and living in Korea, then I'd venture to say that he's a Korean citizen also. After all, the maximum life of an American passport is ten years. Last I heard, only Koreans didn't need visas to live here legally. |

Then he may be here illegally on an expired licence. Although that's the least of his concerns right now.
Where did he get the million for his original bail bond? |

[/quote] We cost less? We must be cattle. Another good reason why its time teachers demand higher pay. |

Am I right in saying that gyopos aren't subject to the new regulations as they are given an F series visa? Maybe they need to screen the gyopos who are entering on F series visas. I have seen many really dodgy gyopos working here on an F series visa. It's time to get tough on them too.
From the FBI website,
Nam subsequently was arrested in South Korea on March 3, 1999, but released from custody because, at that time, no formal extradition treaty existed between the United States and South Korea.
So why on earth was he arrested in the first place? |

He's one of yours if he did something bad. He would have been Korean is he had done something good. |
