Get the KT.
I used to have the 100Mbit connection when I lived in an apartment building and it is NICE.
If you are into torrents, you will become a seeding God that NA users could only dream of (or pay a hell of alot for)
The reason Hanaro isn't able to offer you better is that building is a KT building...other buildings are Hanaro buildings where that company does 100Mbit...
