| Yeah, India et al as Asian countries... I understand that that's how they're categorized, but it's pretty lame. Exluding them and as the OP stated, exlcuding Philippines, gotta go with HK. Oh, also have to throw out Guam as everyone there speaks English. |

| If we can't choose Singapore or the Philippines, then definitely Malaysia. India is good, but as a percentage of total population, Malaysia has got to be better. I second what Jajdude said too. Anyone who picks one of those 3 countries has no clue as they are for sure the 3 worst in Asia. Even Taiwan is better than all 3. |
