Gym's tend to be expensive (anywhere from 50 - 100k plus per month). If there's a nice regular crowd there with some eye-candy, it's good. But I found I got bored of the gym after a while (plus a lot of posers who either 'work-out' before they come to the gym & strut around, or people who sit on the bike machine all day reading the paper). You may be lucky if there's a good one near you.
Good things about having weights at home is that you can work-out anytime, it's much cheaper, plus you can keep an eye on the tv or play your own music at the same time. |

I know what you mean. It's like, "Get the *beep* off the machine if you're finished, I'm sure you have a really HUGE cock but please stop strutting around here like some goddamn peaco_ck."
I like to maximize my workout and spend as little time as possible in the gym, you're there to workout and not mentally jerk off to your image in the mirrors on the walls.
Also, it seems koreans have a cultural inability to return the weights to the rack when finished using them. They also like to soak the machines in sweat and leave it for the next guy to clean up. Fucking sick!
And what's with the horking and pissing in the shower? |

Don't need the squat rack hey?????????
Just jokes, I guess every one needs to start somewhere. Seriously keep up the training and check out abcbodybuilding.com. There is a good article on setting up a home hym. Most sports shops will deliver. However I do tend to agree with most that say you should go to a well equipped gym. It is worth the cost if only to call someone over for a spot. |

Nah, I don't care about looking good.. I lift weights purely so I can get strong.. It really comes in handy when it comes to getting the lid of the pickle jar... or carrying the shopping home |

I'm big - regardless of working out or not.
It's for simple routine. I busted my right wrist and ankle when a Taiwanese beyotch pulled a hit and run while I was on my motorcycle. They're working almost to snuff but my signature is abysmal anymore, as is writing in cursive - which is odd. I dare say they are now getting stronger than they were before, but part of that is the inactivity put on a few pounds - so they have been rehabilitated carying more weight - and with a regular routine atop of that.
Mashimaro's joke is spot-on though.
Cheers,
Joe |
