Action Adventure: Any game in the modern Prince of Persia series, Gears of War, GTA IV, Ninja Gaiden (for the Xbox...never thrown my controller more, but definitely the most satisfying completion in my 20 year gaming history)

Stealth Action: Splinter Cell: Chaos Theory or Double Agent

FPS: Bioshock (should have been 07 Game of the Year), COD 4

RPG: Mass Effect

Sports: Table Tennis, Virtua Tennis 3

Fighting: Virtua Figher 5

Music Action: Rock Band, Guitar Hero 2 and 3

Racing: Moto GP '06-'08...easily the most challenging racing games I've ever played

With the exception of the first mention (PoP), all can be found on the 360, some of them exclusively.

Dude...what's up with all the current gen games..especially 360??? Where's your love for the old school??? Get off Bill Gates' schlong man!!!! Just kidding dude..when are you going to give me the chance to reclaim my honor in Guitar Hero III????

In my free time I'm either beating off or playing WoW. Sometimes both at the same time if something cool happens like I make epic goggles for my female blood elf to pose in.

Let me go back to the beginning when PONG was the only game in town.
Then, eventually came Asteroids, but the best was Missile Command. I'm still proud of all the civilizations I saved from destruction. Burger Time was pretty cool. I could get all the way to the end of that one regularly.
Joust was the best game for partners. And of course, Tetris is still a favorite.

The new games are all flashy bells and whistles. I prefer the classic games of skill. And while not a video game, none of these old or new games can compare with pinball.

Is there a pinball machine anywhere in Korea?

DonkeyKong is unsurpassed for frustration
The Legend of Zelda was a great game
Fable enthralled me for a while
Gothic 2 was great (have yet to play 1 or 3)
Bubsy on N64 had me glued to the tv for days at a time
Mario Kart on the N64 was a blast when pissed with friends
The Might & Magic series is a long-standing favourite - esp no. 6
The Diablo series was a good time waster

I've always stayed away from Wow & other online games because I fear I may become completely obsessed.
When I first got here I ventured into Second Life but it was unappealing - I need to be killing stuff or jumping over barrels or I'm not having a good time.

Used to play lots of Atari, Nintendo, and Super Nintendo games. Then, in about 1994, I discovered the guitar and stopped playing games for quite a while.

Then in 2000, my brother introduced me to a computer game called Diablo 2. Man, I spent so many hours playing that game. I think that my highest character was my level-87 Necromancer - Dr. Mortis. (Corpse explosion, to me, is one of the coolest spells in all of video game history. It's just so cool.)

In May 2005, I got into Morrowind and played the hell out of that. Although a lot of it is amazing, there were too many annoying things about it. You can collect so much gold that you can't really do anything with. (You can sell items to this talking mud crab who usually carries 10,000 gold on him.) Plus, the cities have really difficult names, and for such a large world, there sure aren't as many creatures as I'd like. What were those stupid dinosaur-looking birds that would always come down? Ah, who cares.

So then in January 2007, I bought World of Warcraft. Man, talk about an addictive game. Although I play it a lot, my characters still aren't that high. I have a level 55 undead rogue - Rogueamortis and an undead warlock, Abracadaver. I have a level-29 mage by the name of SonofaWitch, but I got bored with that character. Sometimes, I wouldn't play the game for a few days. Other times, I'd get home from work at 8:45 and play until 5:00 in the morning. When I get my internet access, I hope that I show more self-control.

Knights of the Old Republic I & II
Panzer Dragoon Saga (quite possibly my favorite game of all time)
