Total guess, don't know anything about you, but putting on weight could be due to
a) eating meals too late (which is what I've been doing)
or b) boozing Very Happy (ditto)

Why doesn'y my bibem bap ever have beef in it? What am I doing wrong - it is always veg only? Help! I want beef and bap.

Hey its ok.."roam" is now in paradise stuffing his face with B-macs and diet cokes (the healthy part) and has lots of "job prospects"....good for the little troll..err..I mean dude. Laughing

As for Korean food Dr Buckie....it is pretty healthy overall.
Of course Buckster if you eat bulgogi or sam gyap sal every day then its not very healthy.

There are lots of fruits and veggies here. Some of the side dishes are veggies. Lots of fish which is usually quite good for you.
Less added sugar to basic foods (not snacks), less heavy foods (again unless your a complete moron and eat bulgogi everyday).
