Excellent.
His best point is that $20 billion, the cost of the proposed grand canal, would be enough money to:
1) Provide a car for every family in Korea.
2) Pay tuition fees for every university student up til graduation.
3) Pay compensation to 400.000 dead factory workers
4) Provide enough food for disadvantaged children for the next 50.000 years.
5) Increase research and treatment of diseases by 6500%
6) Build free medical clinics for every senior citizen, in every city of Korea.
Never mind the "grand canal", I think Korea has already set the world standard for most expensive and environmentally wasteful development by performing the biggest single reclamation of tidal estuary in world history at Saemangeum...to build a golf course.
But sacrficing your country's environment is a small price to pay if it means putting lots of money in your own pocket with a business deal.
Anyway. My suggestion for good documentaries is "Journeyman pictures":
