You can say that again

Ok.

Well, I'm not sure you're able to predict alternative futures. But you are able to spit arab/muslim apologetics.

Maybe you want to expand on how they where "obtained" from their "relatives"? Are you whitewashing a massive crime against humanity?

To arab/muslim propaganda, the task is easy. Looking at the world around you and how we interact with history is the difficult task. And it is one I don't think you've attempted. |
Dude, this is a language get together. There are Spanish clubs, Greek language clubs, and Turkish ones all over the world. Some people look for reasons to embrace people who speak different languages and some prefer not to. If you want to discuss the political matters you brought up, discuss it in the Current Events Forum. This is a free language learning group. No one is forcing you to attend.
Thank you,
P.S. The Syriac translators were not coerced to translate. In the beginning, the Arab Muslims and Christians were allies against the Romans. You can look it up if you wish. For a balanced view on Christian-Muslim relations read a book by John Joseph (a Lebanese Christian) which discusses the good and the bad. If someone started a German group, who is going to go around saying people will learn Hitler salutes or if one is learning American English, they will learn how to say freedom fries.
It's just a language group, not a political debate club. |
