How hard is it to transfer the title, tickets, and all the legal bs? And if I have a car already can I buy another car if I have tickets on the old car?
I know it's not ur job, ur just trying to sell the car, but if you know the answer it would help.

I'm looking to buy a car at the end of September. Prepared to pay up to 2.6 mil. won. If you haven't sold it by mid August, would it be possible to contact your girlfriend to have a look at it?
Thanx!

If I do not sell by end of August, this is definitely possible. If the car remains unsold towards the end of August, I will send you contact details to deal with my girlfriend about the car.

Thanks for your interest mate.

Hey mate

As long as you have a valid Korean drivers license and have arranged for insurance, transferring ownership is no problem at all. You have to pay a fee to the government of course for all the 'work' they do. They also have a gas tax in this country - about 150,000 won a year for diesel vehicles - more for regular gas I hear.

I'm pretty sure the plates remain on the car even when changing ownership - they are connected to the car, not the owner as far as I know. If I'm wrong here, someone please correct me. I bought from a dealer and got the same plates that were on it already.

Hope that helps.

Sorry - away for the weekend - I was spending some 'quality time' with my vehicle ... i mean my girlfriend... on the west coast. Went to Gangwha-do - neat place.

Hope you like the car as much as I do when you come see it. See you soon.
