The biography on Bush will start out very similarly to this bio on Herbert Hover: Herbert Hoover, the thirty-first President of the United States (1929-33), bore the brunt of the blame for the Great Depression, which was the result of

Interesting little quote from the Hoover bio here: "He believed the government should support, but not control business. In 1929 when stock prices plunged and $15 billion dollars was lost, Hoover, sincerely hoping that businessmen and voluntary agreements could restart the economy, told the public that the depression was temporary and prosperity was just around the corner."

Sound like anything we have been hearing for the last EIGHT years...yeh, good times are just around the corner George.

(By the way the estimates of what the US bail out is going to cost is now around 500 billion to 1 trillion.)

I am sure one difference will be that the bio for Bush we be certain to mention Bush was off frittering away billions of dollars (and thousands of American soldier's lives) on his own personal war (again based on lies and deception) while the US economy was going down the toilet.

Bush is an evil communist-socialist. He pushes for his "family values" which is his good communist man legacy and socialist economic policies. He well likely go down in history as another FDR, although he was more of a fascist-socialist. Wilson, FDR, Nixon and Bush II along with the Federal Reserve have done the most to damage the economy in US history.

Economic history already views these men this way.
