| Look, modern science is less than 400 years old. What makes you think we already know everything there is in the universe? We are going to be discovering new things for centuries, if not millenia, I hope. |

No doubt. I aslo hope we keep discovering new things as well. This event, if it does turn out to have occured outside any known galaxy, will fundamentally alter our perception of the universe though. I find that exciting. |
