I've been doing a bunch of reading online and apparently some mod chips may make the Korean Wii backward compatible.
If someone who has a modded Korean Wii would give it a try, we'd know.  |

Well, I am sure that there are mods being done to do it.. but am not convinced that it is mainstream. I believe it involves modified homebrew and the d2pro chip. I have a Canadian wii, so no way i can check it out
