It's true.
Magna Carta is one of the founding documents in the struggle to establish limited government, but it is not itself a constitution. |

| Military, innovation, medical research, other postgraduate research, economy. Despite us having a high obesity ratio, we also have the top athletes in the world (most professional sports). Also, 1999-2007 Mr. Olympias were American. We probably have the best high school sports programs in the world. There are lots of things we're number one at. |

Possibly this is because the land is being set aside as collateral for debts that the US can't possibly otherwise pay, so China may well get it. |

If a governments debts are denominated in its own currency, there wont be a problem paying those debts. |
