I've sat many times in the chair making silly buzzing sounds and gesticulating around my ears. I hate that 'ear-arch' they give you if you don't make it clear you don't want it.
Generally, the more swanky and 'hip' the salon the less chance of getting the 'ear-arch'. |

After two bad jobs I took my last six months' growth back to Canada for a great holiday cut I'm oh so happy about.
I'd appreciate info on barbers or hairdressers in Busan for when I return soon to the land of the cookie cut. |

I go to Satin in COEX and it's pretty good. Wherever I go, the easiest way to escape the line around the back/sides is just to tell them not to use clippers. I don't cut my hair super short, so for me this isn't a problem. No clippers, no lines. |
