may not have as much volume as other sites but the file quality is usually much better as is the community.

lol, they can easily get your ip address from downloading a torrent.. that.. coupled with a threatening call to your ip is enough for your ip to give up your info or at least terminate your service.

Sure, but that's an inherent problem with any torrent you download, regardless of the site you find it on.


Sort of but not necessarily... there are sites that only allow swedish uploaders which minimize the risk.

anyone here on bitme.org or bitspyder.org ?
as i understand it they are both torrent sites that specialize in educational resources.

on a side note: if anyone is on either of these sites, any chance of sending an invite my way? i got demonoid and GTI's to trade.

With BTjunkie and Demonoid you should be able to find just about everything.

theboz.bz for British TV.

hdbits.ro for HD movies (although btjunkie is also excellent for hd movies)

mvgroup.org for documentaries......excellent community there.

My favorite for quality files is torrent-damage.net very good quality software, games and download speeds. Members only. I might have an invite or two for that one if you are serious about seeding.

http://www.demonoid.com/ has been a perennial favorite and covers jst about everything.
http://www.bithq.org/ is another one that is fast with good quality stuff.
http://elbitz.net/ is excellent for learning related and books.
