Here's some easy no-bake recipes for bars:

Peanut Butter Bars

Bottom layer

2 cups crushed graham crackers
1 cup melted margarine (not butter)
3 cups powdered sugar (icing sugar)
1 cup peanut butter

Mix all ingredients well and pat into a 9 x 13 pan

Topping:
Melt 12 ounce bag of semi sweet choclate chips. Spread over bottom layer.
Do not refrigerate.

Note: Tastes a lot like Reese's peanut butter cups!

Peanut Butter Rice Krispies

Ingredients:
3/4 cup light white syrup
1/2 cup sugar
3/4 cup peanut butter
2 cups chocolate chips

Cook syrup and sugar until it is clear but do not boil it.
Add peanut butter.
Mix in Rice Krispies.
Pat into 9 x 13 pan.
Melt the chocolate chips and spread on top--they can also be melted in the microwave.
