I go to Yahoo! movies to keep track of movies I've seen by the year. I only keep the last 3 year's of movies active however.
The downside is that they won't let you input the date. |

I do it for my korean movies. I have an external hard drive with about 300 korean movies on it, i've seen about 80 of them. I actually have an html document with all the movies and links to the pages on the movies (to watch trailers, find the korean name, etc)
I toss an asterisk up beside the names of ones I've seen. |

| Its quite a good idea. Maybe if I'd have done it I wouldnt have watched goddamn crappy 'The Majestic' again at the DVD bang.... |
