I wonder if the DoJ is interested in this story. I have no idea if there are laws about this kind of thing. Probably not. Still, it would be deliciously embarrassing for it to play on the big networks as well as some of the cable news programs. Somebody call Rachel!

Yeah, Rachel Maddow. You should watch her sometime, mises. She'd probably drive you nuts. She's very snarky, but inter-mixed with a good liberal spiel. Her liberal rants are on a par with Olbermann and Colbert. She has her Ph.D from Oxford and clearly didn't waste her time drinking warm beer. She ain't no dummy. Al Franken says she should be the next entertainer to get to the Senate. I agree. She would shake that old boys network up. Oh, and she's lesbian.

I'm on strike from TV news. And I'm especially on strike from the news "personalities" who don't really do 'news' but 30 min op-eds. That stuff is as constructed top-down as chicagoteaparty.com.

My trusty FT gets me right.
