so there seems to be two squat racks we know of in daejeon. One at Timeworld fitness centre (11th floor) and at Roxy well being centre
timeworld is 85,000 won a month and is open untill 10 pm |

are you sure you are talking about a power rack (where the bar is NOT attached to to anything vs a Smith machine, where the bar is in fixed position that slides up and down (is bad for your knees, among other things)? |
