LOL. Are you serious? Have you ever lived in the states? There is no "African" influence on modern day Ebonics. It's lazy slang English.

Pretty ignorant comment, that.

Police say Goodman was cited on a misuse of 911 charge. A current phone listing for Goodman couldn't be found.

A McDonald's spokesman says Goodman should have been given a refund, and she's being sent a gift card for a free meal.

So, she shouldn't have called 911. The woman made a bad decision on that, but at least she didn't resort to violence. Many people would have done worse.

The McDonald's worker was in the wrong, and should have given the woman a refund. The injured customer should get an apology letter from McD HDQ and a bit more than a free meal.

The police should have taken the high road on this. Instead of issuing a ticket to appear in court, the cops should have discussed the situation with the Store employees.

They should have asked:

"Did she pay for McNuggets?" - ans: "Yes."
"Did you give her the McNuggets?" - ans: "No, we're out."
"Don't you think that you should give her, her money back?"

At which point the store employee would most likely refund the money.

Then the cop should have lectured the woman about calling 911, but NOT given a ticket. Perhaps if she hadn't, there would have been violence. A plausable defense.

The two women were acting like babies. Sometimes the cop needs to just be an adult and treat them like babies and stop trying to be a cop.

Freedom of the press. In Korea, the reporter would be put in prison or fined 50 million won. In the US, when stupid people are caught on tape, they are put on air.

Everyone knows that 911 is only for emergencies. Yes, even poor, uneducated blacks know that 911 is for emergencies.

The woman has a mental condition; not a poverty or lack of education condition.

So, we should laugh at her due to her disability.

American culture at its finest, I was homesick until I saw that. Anyone from the states has had to wait behind this lady in line at least once before.
