Are gigabyte still the best bang per buck for the e8400 if you want to overclock?

What psu brands do they have here? I used to like the corsairs or seasonics when I was building a couple of years ago.

Often in the Korean stores I only see very generic hardware.

Also how much will a cheapish 19 inch lcd set me back (one with a low ms so no ghosting)

You can get lcd monitors fairly cheaply here. If you buy a TG lcd monitor, it'll cost around 200K. Samsung and LG will be a bit pricier.

You wanna game on a 19'' monitor!!! The horror!!

If you're building a gaming rig for around 1 mill, don't cheap out on the monitor. Your rig will be all for nothing.

I bought the LG M2794D monitor. 27'' 1080P.......500,000.......Crysis @ 1920x1080 is awesome!

The newer games are requiring more memory than before. Don't buy a card less than 1GB RAM. The ATI HD4890 goes for an average of 300,000 in Korea. It has 1GB of DDR5 memory. Great buy.

I personally prefer Gigabyte motherboards. They're really solid. A nice P45 Gigabyte mobo, GA-EP45-UD3R, will run you about 160,000. The dual-BIOS is really good. They always boot up, even if you're a total overclocking nutter.

I've been using a Zalman ZM600-HP power supply for 2 years now. No probs. Very quiet and efficient.

Please ask if you want more details about case, fans, etc.
