| It would be great if you could get an air ticket with a layover in Dubai - very rich/interesting city with a surprisingly nice beach. I had a 6:00am-2:00pm layover and loved it, it even seemed long enough tho see all the major sites. |

The UAE is awesome. Dubai is a modern city with a vibrant nightlife while being still very traditionally Arab. Great inexpensive Indian and Arab restaurants everywhere. No problem drinking and getting drunk. Pinoy ladies who want to meet rich white guys are everywhere.
Once you get out of Dubai it gets very Biblical. Lots of Sand Mosques and old Portuguese ruins. The old Portuguese ruins look like something out of a Foreign legion movie.You can also see the old villages with lots of Bedoins. There's rugged mauntains that can be easily climbed in less than a day
I recomment one or two days in Dubai then head to Fujairah. Once your in Fujairah you can drink alcohol at the Hilton hotel or the Fujairah beach hotel. The Fujairah beach hotel also has Russian Belly dancers. |
