Thanks for the reply. I'm curious if you would feel differently in 6-8 months? Would that also be too soon for an election? The next month will be volatile, and if we can get past that I would say we're looking at something for the spring.

It depends on what gets done between now and then. If Ignatieff can get something accomplished this winter, then maybe.
There's an election, Harper gets voted PM of a minority government, there's squabbling for a few months and then it begins again, and the whole thing seems more like a new season of a reality show than an attempt to run a country. |
