Peeing outside I can handle. Even I've done it a few times. But peeing on a crowded city bus? Frightening.

I've seen men pee in public here a million times. If a guy has to go and he goes in a bush, no biggie, but I'd like them to be more discrete. Also, it does kinda bother me when the urinater is within easy walking distance of a restroom. But let me tell you, the worst thing I ever saw was an ajumma squatting out a pee in public (i hope it was just pee). The thing is, she only bothered to go off the path about 5 feet (pretty busy bike/walking path). She could have gone farther away behind some trees. As I walked on the path and she came into view, she quickly stood up and pulled up her pants. I couldn't believe what I had seen, as I passed, I noticed from the corner of my eye that she dropped her pants again as soon as I was even with her. That's when I decided to run.

I never thought I'd be sharing pee stories on Dave's, or any other forum for that matter, but I guess this is what my life has come to.....

This one is remarkable because a) it happened right in the middle of the street last November in the busy Seomyun area of Busan(maybe not one of the more crowded streets but not a deserted back street either), and b) the poor, possibly homeless, Korean middle age man was so drunk that he could not even clear his pants, which were pulled down to about knee level. He literally wet his pants in the worst way.

I was also going to say it was remarkable how everyone, including me, pretended not to notice as we passed by him, but hell, what were we supposed to do, stop and gawk? No thank you. As it was I saw that image for 2 weeks every time I closed my eyes.

Was once walking through Daewha subway station at around 8.30pm on a weekday and an adjoishi in a business suit opened his fly and just pissed all over the floor, inside the station right outside the ticket ffice. I was the only one to bat an eyelid.

Ying and I got arrested and spend 24+ hours in the slammer for peeing in a backstreet after midnight.

I once had to pee out of the window of a bus on the motroway after a soccer game at world cup stadium. I'd drunk a lot of beers during the game and it was a saturday and it was taking hours to cut through Seoul traffic.

That's the 2nd time Ying has had trouble with peeing in this thread!

Once a bus I got back home from Friday night drinks was stop start stop start - I got up to push the buzzer, hung on to the rail, then it stopped and the doors started opening, I power spewed all over the floor and seats and maybe splashed a passenger or two and jumped off and ran and ran and ran into the night.
It was sooo disgusting. But f%$# the bus man, why they have to drive like that?

I think one the times my dad has been most proud of me was when I peed into a Mountain Dew bottle in the back of the family airplane when I was like 8 or something. He didn't have to land. Said something about "Using your noodle for your noodle" or something like that.

So far in Korea I've only gotten to pee in alleys.

I bet that piss smell is still in that bus too. I'm pretty sure the subways have had golden showers bestowed upon them as well.
