My first year here I found the best hair shop. First they would wash, then cut, then wash, then scalp massage, then style.
I usually felt fresh and relaxed by the end.
For the cut I would take my passport and they generally did a good job.
Then...
One day the shop was gone.
The next day it was a restaurant.
Oh the horror of it all.
I started to visit the other stylists in the neighbourhood.
They always did the same thing.
Short on the sides and on top and kind of long in the back.
Drove me crazy (never had a hockey haircut back home and I sure as hell don't want one here). |

| after a few too many didasters i resorted back to my normal "no hair, no worries" style. as well as looking nice and intimidating in the class room, the wonderful scalp massage at the end of the cut is always a bonus. btw last week i went and got my weekly skinhead, what does the hairdresser give me for my my free gift? hair gel! wtf? funny but.....was she for real? nice of her though. my boss liked his free gift though. oh yeah, you can buy clippers for around 20,000 at carre four or walmart. good ones tooo thaT ACTUALLY DO THE JOB. I JUST LIKE THE MASSAGE! |
