hello all... i have a serious inquiry... if anyone can help, i'll be very greatfull.
say for example someone bought a car and the car's condition goes SOUTH in a matter of a month or two....what is the seller to do if the buyer requests funds to be returned due to damaged vehicle. keeping in mind that the vehicle in question was in tip top shape considering its age??
just a question...if you can help with this one i'll be sincerely appreciative.

Korea has a 30 day buyer beware law.

does that law bind me( the seller )? or is it the buyers responsibility to exercise that law? i am confused.... is that a "written" or "understood" law?
doesn't the second-hand market suggest that an item is sold "as is"?
what's a man to do when something breaks due to age and honestly not due to any part of the seller? i really feel bad for such a buyer and wouldn't want to do something like that to anyone since i wouldn't like to be treated like that. and also, what do you do if such a buyer requests funds to be returned?

We have the same thing in Canada. I think it is 50% here in Korea.

Bottom line, be a sharp shopper and don't try to scam people you sell to. If you have a car, and it has a few problems, you are better off telling the prospective buyer.

You know guys, I have a Jordanian friend who exports used cars to the Middle East. If you are looking for a used car, I can ask him.

You had better look into the restriction on imports in canada Thinker, or they just may confiscate your beast at customs. I think the car has to be 15 years or older; buses 10 years before you can bring them into Canada.

I had success with finding and buying my car, so my friend asked me to help her.

She is looking for something nicer than a daily beater.
Something from the 2000's midsize and nice.
Low KM (under100k) and decent interior. Think Hyundai Sonata or a similar type of car.

Remember its not for me, so she may not be picky about the KM's on it.
