What kind of food do Amish people eat?

Midwest home-style mashed potatoes, green beans, corn, roasted chicken, fresh biscuits and gravy, and last but not least, the best pies that you could ever taste!

I have been wanting to go to this restaurant since before I left Korea. Amish food isn't spicy at all, they use plenty of dairy, and when I was feeling homesick, I thought of it as the opposite of Korean.

Sounds great. Lots of real food in there. And fat, too. Great.

Last night I ordered in some McDs. A Big Mac and a Shanghai Spice Chicken Burger. Added some cheese and bacon to the chicken burger.

I hit up DiVino last night with a few friends. Split a pizza margherita, a bottle of red, and had a linguine alle vongole for myself. Great food and great times were had. Only con: pasta portions ran on the small side--especially for 15k won. Take this with a grain of salt though, because I usually leave EVERY restaurant hungry. I'm a bit more partial to a 4kg tub of pasta than a nicely decorated plate with a 'touch' of pasta :p. Pizza was well worth the 14k won, though. There was no skimping on the toppings. Place had great service and ambience, by the way.

Thursday nights are usually spent at home. I boiled chicken legs with pasta and made a spicy sauce with bell peppers, garlic and onions - and downed it with a glass of red wine while watching Colbert. Then an early night sleep because Fridays often go late and I most often eat out then.
