The zest air flights are "scheduled charter" flights and not regularly scheduled flights so you have to contact the "agent" for reservations and ticketing.
It may be a couple YEARS before they get approval from the Korean government for regularly scheduled flights and can handle their own reservations and ticketing for those flights.
There is no "open skies" policy here.

| My wife called them and asked if we could fly one-way from Kalibo to Incheon. They said yes, it'll be 450,000 per person. |
