yeah, gyms are the best place to have the trainers or the owners order you some protein. their selection is rather limited, but you can save a ton of money and get some quality stuff too.
if you're way out in the country, i guess you're pretty much sol tho'
even the guy at the itaewon hamilton hotel gym B1 will order protein powder for you. |

+1.
the stuff on gmarket is garbage. you're better off getting the american branded protein from a trainer--which is where i got mine.. |

This is really good protein, and a reasonable price. I ordered from him and the transaction went very smooth. If you want different flavors they have it for the same price on Gmarket

Either place you buy it, the price is reasonable and the protein is good quality. You get what you pay for when buying supplements. |

You really believe this? Have you seen the prices at the GNC? That stuff must be the nectar of the gods! Bodybuilding supplements have more hype than almost any other product I've seen. Have you seen/read/heard the outrageous claims. You'd swear that by taking a certain brand of protein, you'd become 'huge' without even working out.
I've been using a Korean branded protein for years and I haven't lost any muscle. 2,500 other users agree with me. Mind you its a little gritty, but the taste is nice and its not claiming to be pure isowhey.
Most of the stuff is just imported and rebranded here. However, if you believe the hype, you will argue till the cows come home that "your fav brand" is infinitely better than the generic. Bodybuilders can be fanboys sometimes.
BTW: Sorry OP. Don't mean to hijack. Consider it a bump. Your asking price is fair, but your 'slightly' negative attitude toward foreign residents needs a bit of work. |

I apologize for my negativity, but I'm calling it like I see it, just like everyone else here.
You DO get what you pay for, however, there is a limit...and GNC is beyond that limit.
Anyway, SOLD both flavours last night.
Thanks!

Which Korean Brand are you using? I am looking for a cheaper protein supplement. Have you tried Cold Protein listed on Gmarket?

I bough the protein off Englishee a couple of days ago. I'm 100% happy about my purchase, everything came as it said on the post, and I'd happily do business with him again.
Cheers. |
