Bah. I'm not a yank but I was really bloody rooting for the US. Disappointed.

Suicide to start with a 442 vs that team. Better in the second half but on the balance of play I thought Ghana deserved it.

Yeah, agree. Ghana outplayed us, but I think the coaching strategy in this game set us up for failure.

Oh well. Good luck Ghana.

I thought so too but this game showed they actually can score in open play and can dominate. Perhaps they're improving as they progress through the tournament. Go Ghana!

Their next game up with Uruguay looks to be fairly well matched. Can't wait.

Anyone else think this game was fast compared to the Korea-Uruguay game? It jsut seemed like Ghana's speed was on a completely different level. The Americans were all over the field too.

Considering for 70 minutes of the game that Uruguay was sitting back in defense mode, yes.
